With nearly 30 years in the flooring industry, I’ve built my career on helping businesses operate smarter, grow stronger, and lead with confidence. My experience spans both commercial and retail sectors, working with small, family-owned companies as well as large, publicly traded organizations — giving me a comprehensive understanding of the operational realities at every level.
My time with RFMS as a Trainer, Consultant, and Business Analyst further sharpened my expertise in flooring software, systems strategy, and operational efficiency. During those six years, I partnered with flooring businesses across the country, helping them unlock the full potential of their technology, refine workflows, and build sustainable processes that support long-term growth.
Today, I bring that same strategic insight, hands-on experience, and passion for this industry to every client relationship. I believe strong systems create strong businesses — and I’m committed to helping flooring professionals gain clarity, confidence, and control in their operations.
Outside of work, you’ll find me reading from my ever-growing home library, traveling whenever I can, embracing my lifelong love of Disney, and proudly claiming my title as a Swiftie.
I’ve spent over 20 years in the retail world, managing everything from inventory and shipping to invoicing, costing, and accounting. Along the way, I led large annual sales events before transitioning into asset protection, where I spent the final five years of my retail career traveling the region conducting profit and loss investigations.
After a short (and well-deserved!) retirement — during which I became a certified Executive Bourbon Steward and built a pretty impressive bourbon collection — I jumped back in to support Laura’s new business venture. Today, I work behind the scenes providing virtual accounting support and managing all things marketing. My background, attention to detail, and creative energy help keep operations running smoothly.
Outside of work, I share my home (and heart) with Laura and our five rescue animals: our cat Miller, and our three beloved pups — Tusk, Bailey, and Carter. I’m also a lifelong sports enthusiast and proudly call the Hogs.

With over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, I bring deep expertise in RFMS systems and operational best practices to the work I do every day. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across all departments, helping businesses optimize processes, improve efficiency, and fully leverage the value of their ERP investments.
As a Senior Account Manager at Strategic Flooring Partners, I’m passionate about helping clients streamline their operations through virtual accounting support and targeted RFMS training. My goal is to empower teams with the knowledge, structure, and confidence they need to drive sustainable growth and long-term success.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, reading, and spending time with my two dogs, Nellie and Sargent. My greatest joy is being a grandmother and cherishing every moment with my grandson, Greyson.

With nine years of experience in the construction industry — including seven years specializing in flooring operations — I bring extensive hands-on expertise in RFMS and a strong foundation in administrative leadership. My background has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of project coordination, customer support, and operational workflows within the flooring space.
I pride myself on my attention to detail, industry knowledge, and ability to support clients in a way that keeps projects running smoothly and efficiently. My goal is always to create organized, streamlined processes that make operations seamless for both teams and customers.
Outside of work, you’ll find me painting landscapes, baking sourdough, or making candles with my partner — creative outlets that inspire the same patience and precision I bring to my professional life.
As a Certified Public Accountant and Key Account Manager, I support clients with bank reconciliations, month-end close processes, and financial statement preparation. I’m passionate about bringing clarity and accuracy to financial reporting, helping businesses maintain strong, organized foundations for growth.
Prior to joining the team, I worked in public accounting as a Staff Accountant, assisting with financial statement audits, conducting analytical reviews for regulatory compliance, and preparing tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. I also performed analytical review for construction companies, giving me valuable insight into industry-specific financial processes and reporting requirements.
I earned my Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University, along with a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering — a background that sharpened my analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and have recently started boxing and sparring. I’m also a proud homebody who loves binge-watching shows with my dog, transforming my home into a botanical serenity space, and working toward my lifelong goal of learning to play the piano.
