Laura Thrasher, Owner
With nearly 30 years of experience in the flooring industry and with RFMS, Laura Thrasher brings a deep and diverse background that spans both commercial and retail sectors. Her career includes roles in small, family-owned operations as well as large, publicly traded companies. Laura also spent nearly six years with RFMS as a Trainer, Consultant, and Business Analyst, equipping her with specialized insight into flooring software and operational efficiency. Her breadth of knowledge, hands-on experience and strategic insight make her a trusted expert in the industry.
Outside of work, Laura is an avid reader with an ever-growing home library and loves to travel. She also is a lifelong Disney fan and proud Swiftie.
Jo Thrasher, Operational & Marketing Support
Jo Thrasher has spent over 20 years in the retail world, handling everything from inventory and shipping to invoicing, costing, and accounting. She was known for planning large annual sales events and eventually transitioned into asset protection, spending the last five years of her career traveling the region conducting profit and loss investigations.
After a short (and well-deserved!) retirement—during which she became a certified Executive Bourbon Steward and built an impressive bourbon collection—Jo jumped back in to support Laura’s new business. These days, she keeps things running behind the scenes with virtual accounting and manages all things marketing. Her experience, sharp eye for detail, and creative energy make her an invaluable part of the team.
When she’s not working, Jo shares her home (and heart) with Laura and their five rescue animals: two cats, Kiara and Miller, and three beloved pups—Tusk, Bailey, and Carter. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Jo proudly calls the Hogs. WOO PIG!
Cindy Wind, Senior Consulting Specialist
Cindy Wind brings over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, with a specialized focus on RFMS systems and operational best practices. Known for her strategic insight and hands-on approach, Cindy has worked across all departments to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of ERP investments.
As a Senior Consulting Specialist at Strategic Flooring Partners, Cindy is committed to helping clients streamline operations through virtual accounting support and targeted training designed to deepen RFMS expertise and drive sustainable growth.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her two dogs, Nellie and Sargent. Her greatest joy is being a grandmother and cherishing every moment with her grandson, Greyson.
